President
Francie Gillis
Francie has served as Union President since February 2023, stepping into the role during a difficult time following the sudden passing of the previous president. She was officially elected to the position in May 2023. Her leadership throughout this period has been both steady and inspiring, marked by resilience and commitment to our members.
In addition to her role as President, Francie has served as the MEC Reserve Chair, further demonstrating her depth of knowledge and dedication to supporting our most junior flight attendants. She is also an experienced grievance representative, advocating directly for members and ensuring contractual protections are upheld.

Vice President
Logan Arnett
Logan joined the union as a representative in January 2025 and has quickly made a meaningful impact. He has served as a grievance representative and currently chairs communications for the council. Through consistent updates via eLines and a strengthened social media presence, Logan has elevated communication within our union, earning recognition from multiple councils and other AFA carriers.
As a grievance representative, Logan has been a strong and passionate advocate for DAY/PHL flight attendants. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, and now based in Philadelphia, he brings a unique perspective and understanding of the needs of both bases. Logan’s energy, advocacy, and vision make him a strong voice for the membership.

Secretary
Liz Sagraves
Liz has served in multiple roles at both the LEC and MEC levels, currently holding positions as Vice President of LEC 57 and Secretary for the MEC. She has been a consistent source of stability, knowledge, and experience.
Liz is also an experienced grievance representative, working alongside members to protect their rights and ensure the contract is enforced. Her hands-on advocacy and deep understanding of the agreement make her a trusted and effective leader.
Liz is running for Secretary because she believes her skills are best suited for this role, while also creating space for new leadership to step into the Vice President position. She regularly attends new hire trainings, ensuring that the next generation of flight attendants is informed and empowered. Her dedication to supporting the President and strengthening the union reflects her deep commitment to our collective success. Liz is eager to continue serving and contributing in this capacity.
